3 second pr for starters.
Race broke well at the start, heading down the backstretch, I realized we were going pretty slowly, so I took the lead from there. Ran 37 for the long lap, then hit 35.x for the rest of it. Apparently my 3rd quarter was a little slow, I got passed by a guy from Coast Guard with 300 to go, and finished in 2nd with a 32s kick.
I would have gotten a lot if Ryan had been in the race with me, but he was in the middle of the fast heat, and raced really well, having to take the lead from the gun wasn't really what I had in mind, but I stayed strong through it all.
