Was going to run with Mason, but he couldn't get out of bed, and I didn't really feel good to start, when I tried to extend my stride I felt pretty sore. So I figured that since most successful people run with a shorter stride with higher turnover, I gave that a shot, and felt really good, especially up the hills. Just training and listening to my body.
