Solid run, a little warm in the sun, but obviously there was plenty of shade. Frees are almost dead, on the right side of both shoes, the upper is separating from the soles, I might tape them, or just run short runs in good weather with them.
Everything feels good right now, and I feel like this week has been really good overall. Which is good because August starts in 2 days.
