12x400 @73 400m recovery,

hit this workout a bit more consistently than last week I think. 9 and 10 really sucked, but those are the hard repeats anyway.

We ran this around the quad since the track was icy, and later in the workout as campus was waking up, we had to dodge people, delivery trucks, and snowblowers. Good to run this with people, I think I really helped pull Hunter through his workout, he stopped at 10, and was having a rough go of it.
