Coach Conroy had group 3 running 10x400 @ about the right pace, and about the right rest, so I just ran the first 6 with them. It was cold and windy, I'm glad I had the team to run with today. I forgot how low mileage these workouts are, especially since I only ran half of it, and we don't jog the recoveries. But the quality was there.
A few days ago, I wasn't quite sure if I could come back at Bowdoin and run 8:5x, now I feel reasonably confident, as long as these last two workouts of break go well.
