Workout at Reggie, mostly because it was gross and rainy for 10-12 uptempo miles on the road. Tom gave us the workout as we were doing it. I probably pushed the middle of the workout a little too hard, led all of it except for most of the last rep. Was working with a group of new people, and it's the first time I've played with these paces in awhile.
At the end if Tom had said run another 5:20, I probably would have been able to do it, but then I would have been taking a loan out of the race/rest of the week. I ran a good workout.
