Notes
I thought this workout was going to bomb coming off of 3 hours of sleep and lots of stress the past 24 hours. I was considering running early so I could get to sleep early, but I decided to wait and run with a group. So Lane, Jeremy, Shane, Rob, Dom, and I were all in a group, The workout felt good, I obviously had some pop at the end, I'm excited to get to run the mile this Saturday, and just have fun racing.
