Ran after meet n greet at West. Was a little bit warm out on trails today. Couldn't run this morn because I wanted to see Brennan off to State. Will go see him play this weekend. Need to go with Braison to Dr.'s appts. until then.
Hot humid run today slowed me. Took my handy water thingy :-p Saw alot of deer at 330 in afternoon. Kind of weird. I guess they come out when no one is on trails. Or when no one should be on trails :-p
