Nice to get out on the trails of McAllister again :)
Today was my longest in awhile and it didn't even feel like it. Slowed my pace and took it easy. Lots to think about today. The news of my father in law last night was sad. Made me think deeply about my life to this point. My kids, Tony, Mom, Dad, Matt and all my family. My two Grandma's and their health. Thought about their lives and what they have been through. Thought about the kids of West and kids everywhere who are in similar, or worse situations. My best thought today was: we need to love.
Sometimes it is hard to love, but if we could only do it more and more, the world would be a better place. Cliche, yes, but so true.
Suprised I ran well today with a heavy heart. God will take care of us. Thank you God for giving me breath every single morning, day and night so that I can live. I will try harder to do your will in all that I do. Amen.
