Good run. kicked it up a little for last two miles. Ive noticed that the GU with caffeine really helps at the end of a run. might be psychological but it gives me a little jolt.

nice that i'm finishing up whdn most people are starting. 1/2 marathon so far is much much much less demanding than full marathon training.
