wow that felt good :) First cardio activity I've had since my achille's rupture! Kept my rpm's right above 100 and felt good.
Also did upper/lower body workout on machines.
Didn't feel any tightness while on bike. I do think I overcompensated with right leg a little more to keep some pressure off of my left leg.
Need to keep it up :) One more month until I can run again. Looking forward to that first step.
Good workout. 1 1/2 hour total. YEAH!
