took a few days off. back on trails today, left knee twingin' on me again : /
turns out i ended up running with a coach from Brackenridge for about 1 mi.
comin off turn by police station saw "the guy" who always runs with his daughter
from Johnson. she usually does well at Xcountry meets. Asked him how she did
at regionals. we got to talkin and ends up he use to coach at roosevelt and left in '05
when we came. he's now at Brackenridge. i forgot his name. nice guy. John?
right before mile 2 saw about 6 vultures on jmaltbgr eatin a raccoon. ran by the fence
to stay far. had to duck casue i think they had one on lookout and when i ran by fence he
swooped out of a tree above my head! haha I cussed and kept goin :-p
