Chilly this morn! Warmed up quickly, ran good splits after I warmed up. Took me about 1 mi
Peaceful run, not alot of traffic. Reflected on past memories growing up today :) The cool crisp air on my face
made me think of Sierra track meets in Feb. BRRRR! Made me think that running in 25 degrees is nothin compared to
track meets in CO when it is colder AND snow is stinging your face! good times :)
