Notes
Slowed down ALOT today, was somewhat sluggish. Couldn't find my rhythm... Legs felt heavy after mi. 5 ughh had to forget about it and keep truckin. Think I need to eat better on Sat. eve. I really don't like eating Sat. eve though :-p Run was pretty good overall, times got slower as miles added up. Past 3 Sundays I was able to hold steady arond 9:30/9:45 per mi. for my long runs.
Saw the barefoot boy :-p
took alado creek trail, it goes all the way behing los patios and to 410 frontage! Saw some runners on the other side of 410, but I was not in the mood to try and cross! (under bridge)
