Tried to hit 8:20 for 4 miles. Hit around 8:45. My body hasn't been responding to training regimen recently. I don't know why. I can usually go out and nail my workout then some. Maybe I overtrained in the beginning? I'm glad it is time to taper. My body needs the rest. Decent run, but not on target.
