INterval 1 and 3 are the bulk of this work out.

interval 2 and 4 were recovery in between.

Yasso 800's - a training method that says your 800 time is an indicator of what you can

run your marathon in. 800 meters at my best time today 3:37 should roughly equal a marathon finishing time of

3 hrs. 47 mins. hmmm

need to run more than 2 repeats to find out more about this method.
