Needed this longer run to boost my confidence.
All felt well and was able to keep pace under 9:45 comfortably :) Really, under 9:40.
HIp is holding up, time to shed the injury lbs and add some speed work and get back
to wehre I belong :)
Lots of runners out today, lots of bikes, and a group of walkers. I asked an older couple what all the blue t-shirts were... everyone who had a blue shirt on had had knee replacements. They formed a walking group :) Today their walk was a 5k.
