left school with intention of running at zoo/witte area. went to whole foods in search of pumpkin pie and snickerdoodle larabars and ended up with a couple of other things instead 'cause they didnt have them yet. then went to trader joes and they didn't have them either. did get some very tasty pumpkin spice coffee though! came home made chili, tried the coffee (iced, YUM!) and then headed out for a run right before Bren's practice. started run around 530 and got to velt right when i usually do to pick Bren up (620ish).
coffee gave me a little jolt and i was able to run hills pretty well, 8:52 mi/pace :) sweet!
