went a little longer today. decided not to take any water/gatorade, ugh. dumb. humidity had me drenched and thirsty.

good run, slow pace. easing back into long run mode on the weekend. still need to decide if my long run will be sat. or sun. need to plan, mark calendar for rock and roll. training starts soon.
