hit my goal for miles 2, 3, 4, and 5 for sure and actually ran sub 9 for an avg. over all 6 miles, woop woop! mile 1 was a warm up.
legs felt really good, breathing was good, weather was beautiful. had trail pretty much all to myself :)
took a gu as i was leaving school.
