3x1500 at 8:22, ran below, 800 jogs in between
1 mile cool down
run went good. legs felt strong. breathing was decent. messed with my watch on 2nd interval and screwed the timing up. not sure what my 2nd interval was BUT if I'm going by 1st and 3rd intervals it was probably somewhere around 7:41.
