Easy run. Feeling much better today thanks to Nyquil and Zicam. Cold going away. Maybe the run helped clear my lungs, I was hackin up junk! Clear junk, so that's a good sign. Left knee did fine today. Started taking glucosamine to keep the joints oiled :) Came home and took Nug for a mile walk. He liked that :)
