started out as a slow hill workout today and ended up as a tempo run :-p

rested yesterday, so a quicker hill workout was ok to keep strength up.

nice weather, i warmed up quickly.

need to work on gettinlong runs back in to schedule.

been goin off how left knee feels. today felt good. i think its the colder weather that makes my left knee start actin up.
