went to run in windcrest after Brai's XC meet, locked key in car :/
ran to roosevelt to get key from Tony, barely caught them before they left, ran back to car through windcrest :-p
nice 5 mile run :) worked out pretty good, wsn't supposed to be a tempo run, but eh, it was haha
need to get ready for tomorrow, 22 miles. important run. hydration strategy will be very important as well as pace. need to take it easy at first so i can finish strong.
