Schedule called for total 8.
Ran 3 easy + 3HMP + 2 easy.
Hit marks well, challenging. Mile 5 was off a bit but not bad. Mile 6 made up for it.
Rest day tomorrow, then 9 on Friday, XT Saturday and 18 Sunday.
Needed this run after an off day :/ ?? Started off this morn when I got rear ended :( ugh.
