Awwwww yeah ! Hit my target paces! First mile warm up.
After that, hit hit hit hit hit hit hit ! I was actually a little below target.
Program called for 9:09 per mile. I hit between 8:22 and 9:00 per mile :) Woop Woop!
Felt good all the way, breathing was on, a little taxed during but not enough to stop.
At 6.5 stopped for a few secs at turn around then started right back up.
Kramer passed me up lol he was running maybe an 8:45 pace. He has an interesting
running style :-p
