7 x 1600m with Scott and Payamps. Goal was to work down from threshold (4:52 -> 4:48) to 10k pace (4:40-4:44). Splits (in Next%):

Felt good once we worked into the pace. Last rep was solo. Great way to cap off the first part of this training block. Excited for what’s to come.
