5 x (2 x 1k) w/ a 30s 200 at the start of even reps and 90s rest after odd reps and 2 min rest after even reps. Splits were 2:57, 2:53, 2:56, 2:53, 2:58, 2:52, 2:55, 2:51, 2:54, 2:47. Felt good to grind again with the group after this stomach bug. Did this with Parker, Sals, Rob, Scott, Quinn, and Rusty.
