4th at the Penn Relays 10k in 29:12
Progress. Worked with Scoots and Andrew through 7k but then fell off. Stayed tough running on my own and closed it out with a 62. Hopefully this race should be enough for a Regionals time so mission accomplished, but I know I have a lot more in the tank. NEXT.
