Sachem K’s were a death march for the second year straight. Started in Group 1 w/ Henry, Quinn, and Ben and felt shitty from the get go. Legs felt heavy and tired and breathing just felt off. Goal was 8 @ 3:05 with 1 minute rest, ended up doing 6 @ 3:04, 3:04, 3:10, 3:11, 3:12, 3:24. Felt really bad on the last rep but decent before that. Overall felt pretty crappy but it’s a put it in the hat kind of workout.
