Ran the Michigan, it went very well. Splits were 9:23, 5:58, 4:37, 5:57, 2:06 (63/63). I had a stomach ache and felt a little crappy before the workout but it was still a good workout. I felt strong and steady during the 3200, dropped off a little (4 sec) in the last half of the 1600, and felt amazing during the 800. This was a great workout for the entire group, I know that we are ready to put something special together next week.
