Good tuneup workout in Lev with the Terrier boys (Quinn, Sam, and Jake). Format was 2 x 1000m cruise interval (90s rest between reps), 4 min jog rest, and then 3 x 400/800 with 2/3 min rest. Splits were 3:01, 3:00, 66, 2:15, 64, 2:15, 63, 2:14. I felt very strong and relaxed the whole way - the composure and poise are there. Got my soleus/achilles worked on before the workout and it felt kind of stiff the whole way but nothing too bad... will keep an eye on it for sure and "walk on eggshells" until Saturday... the hard work is done ✌️
