Great long run with Brendan and Brian, did Sound Roads + Balls + Owen's Loop to make it a full 💯minutes. Stomach felt a little iffy (did the Norwich Tempo loop dirty...) after having a 40 last night but felt great besides that. Feel reborn after a rough start to the week, feeling healthy, happy, and hungry for the training and racing ahead.
