1600 @ T, 1600 @ 10k, 1600 @ T, 1200 @ 5k, 1600 @ T, 1k @ 5k, 1600 @ T, 800 @ 3k w/60s rest after the T miles and 3:30 rest after the other reps. Splits were 5:04/4:49, 5:02/3:27, 4:58/2:45, 5:02/2:08. Felt better and better as the workout went on, did this with Trey in Lebanon.
