Big boy workout in Lev today with Sander and Quinn. 3x800,1600 with 2/4 min rest. 2:16, 4:38, 2:16, 4:35, 2:15, 4:28 with a 63s last lap. Felt great, was able to hang tough during the middle of the workout and close hard. Feeling great about where I am right now, I know that I can compete with anyone and hang tough.
