5 x (1200m @ T, 60s rest, 800m @ 5k) w/ 3 min set rest. Splits were 3:45/2:16, 3:44/2:17, 3:42/2:17, 3:44/2:14, 3:45/2:08. First two sets were surprisingly tough but kept my head down and felt great by the end, 20 mins easy + GS #4 afterwards. Last big workout before the Raleigh Relays 5k (hopefully)
