Great solo workout in Lev this morning. Format was 2 x 1000, 2 x 800, 2 x 600, 2 x 400 (with 90s between the 1000s, 4 min after the 1000s, and 2 min between the other reps). Splits were 3:00, 3:00, 2:14, 2:14, 1:38, 1:38, 61, 61. This was the best I have felt in a workout this winter - strong and smooth the whole way. I really liked the Vaporfly’s, will probably race the 5k in them at Heps. Overall a great step in the right direction...
