Georgia Tech meet warm up (20 mins and long stride) plus cool down/workout (10 min jog, 1.65 mile tempo (.55 loop) 2:55, 2:50, 2:45 progression, 2 min jog, 4 x 15s stride @ 800m effort, 45s jog rest, 10 min jog cool down). Felt good in post race workout but bad tempo tummy...
