Nice easy long run with Greg, ran Stay Shai with John and Will Leer of all people (in town for a Tuck program.) Had a great conversation and then ran Cemetary for the second half. Took it pretty easy, felt good after the Warhorse last night. Feeling a little better breathing wise but still having chest coughs.
