Got 42nd place (4th man) and ran 29:45 for "10km" at Regionals. The race was decent, got out well the first 3k but did not commit to the middle enough, finished with a strong last 2k but was not able to run with enough gusto in the middle of the race. Overall a little disappointed individually but proud of how our group was able to bounce back after a tough Heps. I know our group of guys will continue to keep the ball rolling in track. Individually, I know that I will be able to use the momentum and mileage I've built this fall to put together some special performances. But first, time for a break.
