4:23 in the Dartmouth Relays mile for 8th place, kind of a weird way to start what I think will be a very special season. Felt flat from the gun but still competed hard... I know that this effort will be 3k pace soon, but always want to compete with the best guys in every race. It’s a process though and we’re just getting started... paced the first 1200 of the 3k afterwards (3:21) and I felt good.
