Good tune up workout today, was honestly a little weird in the middle reps because Barry had me do one of them starting ahead of everyone else and one of them behind everyone else. Format was 6x800 with 3min rest, splits were 2:17, 2:15, 2:16, 2:11, 2:11, 2:18. Toughest rep was the first one because my legs felt a little heavy. I am ready to roll for Saturday, but I am also excited for six weeks from now when I can start working out with my boys again... miss training with Pat, Henry, Matejka, Quinn, Sander, Marco, Drew, Will, and Sam...
