8 x 600/200 with 45s/2:30 rest. Goal was to get faster each 600 and keep the 200s at 29-30. Splits (in Next%):

Solid workout. Got tough during the second half but kept my rhythm. Happy with this as the first harder track workout in a while. Go Sixers.
