Notes

Very good tune up before Pre Nats on the Golf Course tonight. Format was 6x800 with 2:30 rest with a goal pace of 2:20; splits were 2:22, 2:18, 2:18, 2:20, 2:17, 2:17. I felt strong and smooth the entire time and confident leading the pack. I am feeling good and excited to race on Saturday.
