2 x (8 x 200) in 29-30 w/ 60s rest and 3 min jog between sets:
Set #1: 29.5, 30.6, 30.7, 29.0, 29.7, 29.8, 30.3, 29.7
Set #2: 30.5, 29.9, 30.3, 29.4, 29.1, 30.3, 30.3, 29.5
Changed into splats and then did 2 x 200 w/ 2 min rest: 27.0, 26.2
Felt strong the whole way. Great to be back out there with the boys.
