4 mile Custis Tempo and then 3 x mile on the Quincy Park field with 3, 4 mins rest. Fell back on the tempo but came back well for the mile reps on the grass. Splits were 4:37, 4:34, 4:32. Got dropped on the last 2 mins of the third mile but still a really solid workout.
