12 x 1 min on, 1 min jog, 4 mins jog, 8 x 30s hill repeats at Mile effort.
Did this workout solo at Pennypack. No GPS watch for splits, but I ran 4.8 miles (5:00 avg.) for the Fartlek (in Next%).
The workout felt good overall, a lot more comfortable than Tuesday. I felt stronger as the fartlek progressed and felt like I could keep rolling. Overall another solid effort, staying as consistent as possible.
