Great workout today in Lev. Format was 2 x 1000 with 60s rest, 3 min jog, 3 x 400/800 with 90s/3min rest, 3 min jog, 2 x 300 with 2 min rest. Splits were 2:59, 2:59, 65, 2:14, 62, 2:13, 64, 2:12, 45, 43. Felt great the whole time, I am ready to roll.
