9th in the Henderson Mile in 4:14.06 (62.9, 61.8, 65.9, 63.3). Went with the lead group through 800m but then started to fall off — pretty similar to the 5k last weekend. Nice to get a mile PR, but more importantly good motivation for the work that needs to be done to race with the big dogs next year. Either way, pretty happy with how the season went and grateful to be healthy.
