6 miles of 90/30 in 32:20 (5:23 avg.) in trainers on the Towpath.
Goal was to keep it under control for the first workout back. I kept the effort pretty conservative the whole time (especially the rest). Still not 100% normal but no issues with coughing during the workout.
Overall grateful to be back working out and feeling healthy. Excited to be back training and racing with the guys soon.
